Base Kit — your steel-framed building shell with COLORBOND® cladding, with or without windows and doors. Includes structural engineering for the kit and slab design — delivered to your site, with most orders a local delivery.
Complete Kit — everything in the base kit plus standard single-glazed windows, base insulation, full architectural and construction drawings, engineered certification and a 7-star NatHERS energy certificate. Everything your council needs, and everything you need to start building.
Where we have local coverage and an installation network, we also offer construction to lockup stage — slab, frame erection, cladding and weatherproofing. We don’t offer turnkey builds — our kits are designed for owner builders and licensed builders who want to manage their own fit-out.
