The Bangaree is our longhouse-style shed home - a long, single-span portal frame that combines 4-bedroom living with a massive attached space for a workshop, garage, stables, or machinery storage. At $130,900 for the kit, the Bangaree gives you the most flexible floor plan in our range. Live in one end, work in the other.
The Bangaree suits rural families, horse owners, tradies, and anyone who needs workspace attached to their home. The flexible rear section has been used for everything from 2-car garages to horse stables to full-sized workshops. It is the original shouse concept - shed and house in one building.
Total build cost for the Bangaree typically ranges from $330,000 to $450,000. The workshop/garage section has minimal fitout cost since it is typically left as open steel frame with a concrete floor.
