We deliver kit homes to every state and territory — QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT. Every kit is custom-engineered for your specific wind region, climate zone, and soil conditions.
Can I owner-build a 2-bedroom shed home?
Yes. Our kits are owner-builder friendly. You’ll receive full engineering, architectural plans, and a foundation specification. Where owner-builder permits are available in your state, you can manage the build yourself. We also have an installation network of experienced steel-frame builders across Australia who can erect the kit to lockup as subcontractors to you.
What’s the difference between a 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom kit price?
The kit price is based on the overall building dimensions, not the number of bedrooms. A Noosa configured as 2-bedroom costs the same as a 3-bedroom Noosa — you’re customising the internal layout, not changing the steel frame. The savings come in your fit-out: fewer walls, fewer door frames, fewer fittings.
