The Kyogle is our American Barn design: a distinctive roofline with a raised centre section that creates volume and natural light inside. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an integrated two-car garage, all wrapped in two generous verandas. The Kyogle suits families who want a home that looks different and lives big.
Everything you see here is what we manufacture ourselves. You build it as owner-builder, which is where the saving comes from, and we support you through approvals, engineering and certification.
