A steel-framed shed home set in tropical far north Queensland country

Steel-framed Class 1a home · Owner-builder kit

The Kakadu

  • 3 bedrooms
  • 2.5 bathrooms
  • 266 sqm living
  • 308 sqm under roof
  • Two levels

Two levels, not a wasted square metre

The Kakadu is engineered for efficient living: three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms in a compact footprint that doesn’t waste a square metre. The front veranda runs the full width of the home, and the master suite includes a walk-in robe and ensuite. If you need a garage or carport, we can design one to match.

Everything you see here is what we manufacture ourselves. You build it as owner-builder, which is where the saving comes from, and we support you through approvals, engineering and certification.
